NAC, NEC, Warwick & Stratford.
We provide
four self catering cottages for guest
accommodation.
All are fully equipped to a high standard
and consist of a kitchen with electric
cooker, fridge/freezer, washer dryer, microwave and radio.
There is a hall, cloakroom and large
living room downstairs and 3 bedrooms (1
double, 2 twin), one en-suite and
separate bathroom upstairs.
TV for guest use. Wireless internet access
available in 3 of our cottages. Guests have use of
the hard tennis court but correct tennis shoes
must be worn (no trainers allowed). Open all year.

Wood Farm is a fully
refurbished 16th century barn that has been
converted into four charming cottages which
sleeps between 3 and 6 people.
Each cottage has its
own main water supply and heating system, bed
linen, towels and toiletries are all included.
Peacefully set in 400
acres of farmland it offers the ideal holiday
retreat and is also a perfect location for
business meetings.
All of the cottages have fully fitted kitchens
with fridge, microwave, electric cooker and
coffee maker or if you fancy eating out there
are local country pubs within walking distance
which offer excellent food and fine ales. There
is also a garden with furniture supplied for
guests to enjoy the fabulous views. Parking is
available. A colour television and radio
cassette player is standard in all cottages
enabling you to relax after a hard day out sight
seeing and rambling.

April Cottage
is a charming converted barn which now
provides comfortable well appointed self
catering accommodation which offers all
the comforts of home.
The
accommodation sleeps up to 4 and is
tastefully decorated and furnished to a
high standard with exposed beams and open
fire in the lounge.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge,
freezer, dishwasher, microwave and
washer/tumble-dryer. Both bedrooms have sloping
ceilings and exposed beams, the main bedroom has a
king size double water bed, the second has king
size double bed. Also bathroom/W.C. with over-bath
shower.
Guests to April Cottage can take advantage of the
private garden with patio furniture and barbeque,
the ideal place to relax and unwind.
Duvets with linen and towels are supplied. Secure
parking for up to 2 cars is available.
Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle, Coughton Court
and Charlecote Park are both nearby as well as
many independent shops, restaurants and pubs.
Stratford-upon-Avon is approximately 10 miles and
the peaceful Cotswolds is just 40 minutes drive
away
