This charming property is a traditional Grade II listed terraced cottage and is situated just two minutes walk from the centre of Lapworth village. The cottage is at least 350 years old but is furnished with all mod cons including a bespoke kitchen with dining area boasts doors onto a wonderful mature, private garden with patio area – great for a quiet evening in with the barbecue. And just 8 miles away in Stratford-upon-Avon visitors can explore the Bard's birthplace as well as enjoy wonderful theatre productions and boating on the River Avon. Coventry and the National Exhibition Centre are within easy reach and a mainline railway station (1 mile) provides regular services to London Birmingham and Oxford.
