Caen View is a modern 2 bedroom self contained house. It is situated close to the centre of Devizes backing onto the Caen Flight of Locks. To the side of the property is a footpath giving direct access to the canal. Caenview is centrally situated within Wiltshire and an ideal base for trips to Stonehenge (19 miles), Avebury (10 miles), Lacock (10 miles), Bath (24 miles) and Marlborough (15 miles).

Please ask if you need a space by the front door. We can assist with luggage. The sitting, dining room and 1 bedroom are situated on the ground floor. There is a 72cm wide doorway to the ground floor corridor leading to the ground floor bedroom. A level doorway outside the ground floor bedroom gives emergency exit and garden/patio access. The ground floor bedroom door is 80cm wide & the door to the ensuite is 82cm wide. Access to the garden is via a door 82cm wide. This double/twin room has both bath and shower. The shower tray is 12cm high. A chair can be placed in the shower and the shower height is adjustable. The dining room is on the ground floor. Furniture can be rearranged. Pedestal dining tables have a minimum under space of 69cm. There are chairs with and without arms. The large level patio has 4 steps leading up to the lawn and swimming pool. Entrance door has a 15cm high step and then a 22cm high lip through the door way which is 70 cm wide. Twin room on ground floor has a doorway 76cm wide. The beds are 90cm x 183cm with a 50cm gap between them. The door into the ensuite is 60cm wide. The shower is 110cm x 70cm has a seat, grab rail and sliding door with an opening width of 55cm. The sink is in the bedroom and stands 80cm high. The stairs to the upper floor are 70cm wide with 11 steps of 20cm. The 11th step is an 85cm x 70cm platform to allow turning left into king bedroom or right towards double bedroom. The bed in the king room is 189cm x 152cm, the shower in this room is 80cm x 80cm and does not have a seat or grab rail. The sink is as per the twin room. The double room bed is 193cm x 137cm, the shower in this room is 75cm x 75cm and has a folding door. The sink in this room is 90cm high, on a coounter with no leg space.
