The Barrington is an
Edwardian Town House built around 1906 and still
displays many of the original features of that
period both inside and out.
A pleasant 10 minute walk will take you to the
city centre with its many attractions such as
Cliffords Tower, Castle Museum, Jorvik Viking
Centre, York Dungeon, The Shambles and the
famous York Minster with it's fabulous stained
glass windows.
