luxury apartment suite of over 900 sq
feet is situated on the 6th floor with
panoramic views over Leeds and its
waterways and all rooms have individual,
thermostatically controlled radiators.
Each double bedroom has a
leather bed, 2 bedside tables, reading lamps
and a matching chest of drawers together
with a large built in wardrobe.
The main bathroom has a w/c, sink, heated
towel rail, bath and shower and the en-suite
has a w/c, sink, heated towel rail and
walk-in shower.
The lounge has floor to ceiling windows which
provide excellent views and over looks the
canals. There are two large leather sofas,
coffee table and a dining table with six high
backed leather chairs. There is a 32” LCD
Television, a DVD and free view The luxury
kitchen has a large integrated fridge and
freezer, dish washer, washer dryer, oven, hob
and extractor fan all by Smeg. There is also a microwave
oven, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery,
pans and cooking utensils. An iron,
ironing board, towels, bed linen and
hairdryer are also provided to make your
stay as comfortable as possible.

is on a quiet street yet walking distance
to Boston Spa’s restaurants and shops,
just 1 mile off the A-1, halfway between
London and Edinburgh and equidistant to
York, Leeds and Harrogate (about 12 miles
from each), within striking distance of
the Yorkshire Dales and several historic
houses and gardens.
Recently received a 4-star rating from
VisitBritain, it is a charming 19th Century stone
cottage, stylishly furnished to a high standard,
with all of the comforts of home, that can sleep 4
to 6 guests. David and Anne Watts pride themselves
on attention to detail, so you can expect a
well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave,
washing machine etc., comfortable beds with crisp
linens and down duvets (in season), flat-screen TV
with Freeview stations and DVD player, as well as
free Wi-Fi and a docking station for your MP3. The
